Accepting Your Offer

Hi Spartans families,

Roster offers for the 2026–27 season have gone out. To secure your player's spot, you'll need to review and accept the offer in Crossbar.

Please don't rely on the offer email alone — we're aware some messages may not be reaching every inbox. The most reliable way to find and accept your offer is to log in directly:

1. Go to the Spartans website and log in to your account.

2. Click "Account" (top left of the screen).

3. Go to "Participants" and click the details icon for the player who has the offer.

4. At the top of the player's page, click "Review" under the Pending Offers banner.

5. Review the offer details — fees, terms, and any required info or documents.

6. Complete checkout.

Once you accept, your player's registration status updates automatically and their spot is confirmed.
